At Hunt Laserwe work to process and ship orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • High-demand sales periods

  • Product restocks

  • Unexpected operational delays

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • International Orders: 4-14 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Local delivery issues

  • Import restrictions


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Right now there is free shipping included with every order so this does not apply.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We can only make changes before the order is shipped

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but claimed as missing

  • Theft after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs-related delays or seizures

If an issue occurs, we will do our best to assist in working with the shipping carrier.


7. International Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for verifying whether laser pointer products are legal to import, own, and use in their country or region.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs confiscation

  • Import refusals

  • Legal restrictions in the destination country

Refunds may not be provided for orders affected by local import laws.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability or inventory levels.

You will be notified if this applies to your order.


9. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to claim a package resulting in return to sender, shipping fees and return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
